Pack and Ship: Follow the instructions on the return form to pack and ship your return.
a) Refunds: Once we receive and confirm your return package, we will issue a refund. Refunds to credit cards may take 1 to 2 weeks to process.
b) Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, the new item will be shipped once we receive and confirm your return.

Refunds
