Shipping Time
All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Our standard shipping time is between 7 to 14 days.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the amount.
Shipping Process
- All orders are processed and dispatched daily, including weekends and holidays.
- We use various carriers including UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the weight and location of the shipment.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves our fulfillment center. If tracking information is not immediately available, please check back later.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, irrespective of the shipping method selected. Orders placed by 3 PM PST will ship the same day, while those placed after 3 PM PST will ship the next business day.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee Saturday delivery, even with express shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships, though it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days.
- We recommend providing a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package, such as a work address or a friend’s address. Packages may or may not require a signature. The delivery courier will decide if the package is safe to leave in the open. If deemed unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery.
Delayed Shipments
- If you experience a delay in receiving your package, it may be due to carrier issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to minimize delays. If an order is not delivered within 14 business days, we will provide a full or partial refund of the shipping fee, no questions asked.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We have a short window to cancel or change orders, so please contact us at support@luxurygogo.shop immediately if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee that changes will be made in time.
- If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will either reship the package to the correct address or issue a full refund once the package is returned to our warehouse.
